Pilot A’s old plate had the video index at the end of the file. It is remuxed and served from /xr/media/plates/uat-a-trench-duct/plate.mp4. Hard-refresh if you still see a black tile. For Milzet demos prefer Quest VR Tuesday 360 — you drag to look around; there is no timeline Play control on still 360 plates.

1) Library (complete view)
Full library: role chips + scenario cards including Tuesday 360 and Pilot A. Tap Open player.
2) Tuesday 360 look-around (complete view)
Desktop: panorama stage + phase pills + induct checklist. Drag the stage (no 00:00 Play bar on still 360).
Phone: same flow; use Enable phone gyro when offered.
3) Pilot A phone_180 (complete view after fix)
Full Pilot A page: title, phases, video controls, PPE checklist. Tap Play if the browser blocked autoplay.
4) Mentor Studio + Grok Imagine (any workplace)
Yes — Studio uses Grok Imagine
Step A: Grok chat turns your brief into a four-phase scenario (checklist, yaw/pitch hotspots, KM/PM tags).
Step B: Grok Imagine renders an equirectangular 360 plate (synthetic / optional_360).
Keep “Generate equirect plate via Grok Imagine” checked. Credits must be on the xAI team.
Open Studio: /xr/studio.html — pick a workplace template (trench, clinic, packhouse, workshop, warehouse, kitchen, office, mine, retail, lab) or paste your own brief.
Studio form — title, brief, Imagine checkbox, Generate scene.
- Choose a workplace template or write: sector, site, hazards to pin, PPE, SAQA/modules, “workers not learners”.
- Confirm host org / site labels.
- Generate → wait for chat + Imagine → Open player or Quest VR.
- Repeat for each workplace; each run creates a new scenario id + plate under /media/plates/….
5) CareerWIL mobile app (v1.0.11)
Install / update
Download / auto-update to 1.0.11+13 (Powered Apps catalog). XR is offline-first: scenarios and plates cache on device; attempt events queue and sync when internet returns or via Bluetooth mesh relay. Online WebView is optional fallback only.

All roles — shared mobile path
- Open CareerWIL → bottom nav XR.
- Select chip Online XR (default).
- Pick your role chip: Worker / Mentor / Host admin / Assessor / Funder.
- Tap a scenario (e.g. Milzet live Imagine — trench 360) to open the in-app player.
- Optional: book icon opens this guide; sparkles (mentors) opens Studio.
Worker (mobile)
- Role chip Worker.
- Open Tuesday 360 → drag to look / enable gyro → complete Induct→Prove.
- Or open Pilot A for phone_180 site footage → tap Play if needed.
Mentor (mobile)
- Role chip Mentor.
- Tap Studio (sparkles) to author a Grok Imagine scene, or open scenarios to review.
- Use the player with mentor role for sign-off oriented briefs.
Host admin (mobile)
- Role chip Host admin.
- Open admin-facing scenarios / pack cycles.
- For live RTMP rooms use web Live page when a site encoder is online.
Assessor / funder (mobile)
- Select Assessor or Funder.
- Open Tuesday 360 for the demo narrative; focus Prove / evidence.
- Headset is optional — phone look-around is enough.
6) Meta Quest 3 VR app (WebXR)
Quest entry
On the headset open https://careerwil.online/xr/vr.html (Meta Quest Browser). Choose a 360 scenario → Enter VR. Gaze ~1s on gold/red pins or pull the controller trigger. Phone APK remains offline-first for handsets; Quest uses this WebXR app.

7) Headset cast / mentor monitor
Each Quest can cast its view
On Quest VR, start a scenario → Cast my view (pose mirror, scalable). Optional Cast video publishes WHIP to MediaMTX. Mentors watch all casts at /xr/monitor.html.
Honesty rules
- Site phone plates stay phone_180.
- AI equirect scenes are optional_360 / synthetic.
- We never stretch phone footage into fake 360.
- Stipend attaches to productive attempts, not headset minutes.
