CareerWIL is the interactive monitoring and evaluation platform where skills stakeholders facilitate, track, process, monitor and report on voice-first Work Integrated Learning — starting with the dual-track Milzet + BusinesSite Core Team pilot.

Participants are workers, not learners: they earn stipends for productive work on live host projects (admin offload, documentation, compliance, AR/VR field presence). Going to work, not school.

Powered by BusinesSite — the same WhatsApp-style chat on web and mobile is where workers, mentors, hosts and funders interact inside projects.
